Founded in June of 1971, Six Flags St. Louis is one of the original Six Flags built and now boasts over 100 action-packed attractions, including rides, restaurants, and shops. From classics like the Grand Ole Carousel, a 1915 Philadelphia Toboggan Jumper, to the all-new eight-story, 50 MPH Evel Knievel ride opening June 20th, there's plenty for everyone in the family to enjoy.
Six Flags St. Louis offers fun for every type of ride-goer. There are rides for very small children, families, and full-grown thrill-seekers. A total of 33 rides are located in the theme park, eight water rides in Hurricane Harbor Water Park, and four special attractions, including Dragon's Wing, Sling Shot, Turbo Bungy, and the Speed-O-Drome Thrill Carts.

Hurricane Harbor Water Park
Six Flags St. Louis is known for its fantastic rides, but that's just the beginning. Daily tickets and season passes also include entry to Hurricane Harbor Water Park, one of the coolest attractions in the Midwest!
There are nine different types of water slides and attractions at Hurrican Harbor, including one of the largest wave pools in the United States, multi-passenger rafting adventures, speed slides, and themed attractions for our younger riders.
Gulley Washer Creek - Kick back and enjoy a relaxing 1,100-foot lazy river with waterfalls, geysers, lush tropical landscaping, and more.
Hook's Lagoon - Splash into an interactive water-play area for the entire family. Enjoy a pirate ship, five-story tree house, slides, gadgets, sprays, funnels, and more.
Hurricane Bay - Surf’s up! Ride the four-foot rolling wave in our rental tubes—or just swim—in this 30,000 square-foot pool while enjoying the view of an 80-foot-tall steaming volcano.
Pirate Ship Slides - A’hoy matey! The youngest pirates can splash and play on these slides in
Hook’s Lagoon. 48" max.
Speed Slides - Have a need for speed? Zoom down three six-story, high-speed body slides, two enclosed, twisting body slides, and one 64-foot free-fall slide.
Tornado - Dive into the ultimate storm in a cloverleaf-shaped tube that swishes and swirls down a 132-foot funnel-shaped tube before plunging into a giant waterfall.
Tree House Slides - Kids can slip down these slides in Hook’s Lagoon.
Tube Slides - Slip and slide down four 400-foot slides with spirals and corkscrews. You’ll love twisting, turning, spiraling, and tunneling through this five-story structure.
Rides aren't the only thing offered at Six Flags St. Louis, either. From concerts and musical acts to fireworks, festivals, and a truly one-of-a-kind parade, your family can count on top-notch entertainment during you visit. The park will be hosting more than 15 concerts in 2008, including the new Sunday Rocks! concerts, and the Starburst Thursday Night Concert Series, June 5th through July 24th. There are also a number of themed events and weekends, from Christian Family Day on August 9th with music from the Newsboys, to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Awareness Day which features signing interpreters at every show (June 7th).
